Is it safe to use a silicone-based lubricant with my TOTI product?
Although our product can be lubricated, we recommend to use water-based lubricants. Devices can deteriorate when used with mineral or petroleum based lubricants.
How should I use them and how do they work?
In the learning phase, it is recommended that you insert the smallest of the two kegel balls. Once you get used to the product, you can increase your daily usage for hours and continue your routine with them inside you.
